Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 5 September 2026
You may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future renewal. Refund eligibility is determined by Paddle, our merchant of record, its current Refund Policy and mandatory law. This page does not limit any non-waivable consumer right.
1. Who handles payments
Paddle is the merchant of record and seller for payment transactions for Molpia. Paddle collects payment, issues receipts, handles applicable tax and processes approved refunds. Molpia supplies and supports the Molpia service.
2. Cancelling a subscription
Cancel from the Paddle customer portal linked from your Molpia profile or purchase receipt, visit paddle.net, or contact support@molpia.com for help.
- Unless Paddle checkout or mandatory law states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
- You keep paid access until cancellation takes effect, and no further renewal should be charged.
- Cancellation does not by itself refund an already completed payment.
- Cancel billing first: a Molpia account cannot be deleted while a subscription is still active, paused or able to renew, and cancelling a subscription does not by itself delete the account.
3. Requesting a refund or withdrawal
Use the support or manage-subscription link in your Paddle receipt, visit paddle.net, or email support@molpia.com with the transaction email, date and reason. Do not send full card details.
Paddle reviews requests under its current Refund Policy. A statutory withdrawal period may apply in some countries, and mandatory remedies may apply where the service is defective or not as described. Immediate use of a digital service may affect a withdrawal right where the law permits. We do not promise a blanket refund where the law and Paddle's policy do not require one.
4. Service problems and duplicate charges
Contact us promptly if paid access was not activated, the service was materially unavailable, or you believe you were charged more than once. We will investigate the account and Paddle transaction references and coordinate with Paddle where needed. This does not restrict your right to contact Paddle or your payment provider.
5. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If a charge looks wrong or unauthorised, contact us or Paddle first - a refund or correction is normally faster than a bank dispute, and we can look up the transaction with you. If a charge that is properly due is instead reversed through your bank or card issuer, the paid access tied to it may be suspended or ended while the dispute is open and until the amount is settled.
This does not limit your right to dispute a charge you did not authorise, or to contact your bank or payment provider at any time.
6. Refund effects and timing
An approved full refund may end the related paid access and quota. Paddle returns funds through the original payment method where possible; bank and card processing times vary. Partial refunds or credits may adjust access only to the extent stated when approved.
